ADGA Young Sire Development List:
Schatzgeiss ES Schwarz Prinz AA1442879
We started with two Alpine-type brush goats in 1991 and became ADGA members in 1992. Things have gone downhill from there! Our first animals were not that bad, conformation wise and we still have offspring from Alice. But eventually we got into both Purebred and American Alpines and keep a mixed herd.
We not only show, but we also believe that part of our mission in life is to teach children where their food comes from. To that end, we tote our goats to various places and functions to try to spread the goat gospel to the world. Our favorite venue, besides the NC State Fair, is the Tobacco Farm Life Museum in Kenly. Two to three times a year you will find us there with goats of all sizes. While we don’t have a set fee for toting, we do ask at least enough money to cover gas and expenses.
If you’d like to visit for a while to shop for soap or goats or just to get a goat fix, feel free to email or call us for an appointment.
